Purchasing of Products

To make an order, call or sms to 8366 8633.

All orders requested will be confirmed via sms or telephone.

All prices listed are in Singapore dollars.

All prices are exclusive of delivery within Singapore during operating hours. A delivery fee of $20 (additional surcharge of $2 for CBD area and $3 for private building with parking charges) is chargeable unless self-collect. 

Our delivery excludes trip to surrounding islands (except Sentosa – with additional $6), airports, army camps, PSA ports and restricted areas.

Orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. It is compulsory for full payment to reach us before order will be dispatched.

Delivery schedule are: Slot A (9am to 12pm), Slot B (1pm to 5pm), Slot C (6pm to 9pm).

A surcharge of S$15.00 per attempt will be charged for every redirection or additional attempt delivery.

We do not guarantee the quality of balloons if next attempt is made more than 4 hours from 1st attempted delivery.

The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed and My Jolly Town endeavors to deliver within the selected delivery time slot. Specific timing can be arranged on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $30 on top of standard delivery charge plus surcharge if any.

To ensure My Jolly Town drivers' safety on the road, delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. My Jolly Town shall not be held liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control. Refund will be made accordingly for such situation.
 
Self-collection orders are to be paid by CASH only.

For orders to be delivered, payment has to be made either via Paypal online (at My Jolly Town website) or bank transfer (details furnished upon order confirmation)

My Jolly Town reserves the right to substitute appropriate balloon item of equal value/ theme in the event that the design featured is/are not available at the time of ordering.
